I know this place. It has it's own doctor, who apparently got hired not for the obvious reasons, but to treat clients who step out of line. There are rules about anything non consensual.

Oh, indeed. It's run safely and sensibly. I'm not afraid, my beloved Prior, I'm simply being uncharacteristically honest. When one is in close contact with another person, wicked things that people are, there is never a guarantee of safety. That's all.

I mentioned sleeper agents because it's the only spy terminology I can remember from the movies, and because I assumed you'd consider it an extension of the trade.
