Or he thinks dinner comes before skinny dipping, which is old fashioned in the extreme if you're asking me, but some people do find this kind of manners charming.

Why, but I'd ask him before our lips could meet, 'but, a handsome prince like you, isn't there someone who already holds your heart?' and he wouldn't be able to go through with it at all. You'd have him a crumpled wreck at your door before you know it.
